Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Candidates can request a cancellation of their registration within 24 hours of successful fee payment, provided the live assessment slot has not yet been selected or scheduled.

2. Transaction Failures

In the event of duplicate charges or payment failure where money is debited from the bank account without registration activation, refunds will be initiated automatically by Razorpay and credited within 5–7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Fees are strictly non-refundable under the following conditions:

• Failure to log in during the scheduled exam slot.
• Disqualification due to proctoring infraction reviews (screen shifts, browser tab exits, mic/cam disablement).
• Request made after 24 hours of successful fee checkout.

4. Refund Requests

Please write to us at info@aimlolympiad.com along with your payment receipt and registration details. Processed refund payouts are credited to the original payment source.
