1. Information Collection
We collect personal details such as candidate names, email addresses, grade levels, school details, and transaction data during registration. During the exam sessions, temporary webcam screenshots and browser infraction events are recorded solely for validation checks.
2. Use of Proctoring Media
Webcam media and audio parameters are captured in real-time to maintain examination standards. This data is stored securely in encrypted databases and is permanently deleted after results validation is completed. We do not sell or lease candidate details to third-party databases.
3. Transaction Security
Payment transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateway API nodes (Razorpay). Card details or banking credentials are never parsed or stored on our servers.
